Andrea Chase Administrative Manager Brokerage andrea.chase@terracaribbean.com Andrea possesses over 15 years administrative experience in various business environments and is currently based in the firm’s South coast office with responsibility for the overall coordination of all administrative and procedural matters relating to Brokerage. This includes franchise and sales training throughout the region. Andrea has been instrumental in the successful completion of numerous residential sales as a senior project coordinator for substantial land and residential development projects. During her time with Terra Caribbean, she has had direct responsibility for the day-to-day management of the firm’s West coast office. Andrea is a committee member of the Board of the Barbados Estate Agents and Valuers Association.
	Charmaine Gill Villa Rentals Co-ordinator charmaine.gill@terracaribbean.com Charmaine is our holiday rentals coordinator having joined the firm in February 2007. Charged with spearheading the expansion of the Villa Rentals Division, Charmaine brings to Terra Caribbean a wealth of knowledge in the tourism industry, with over 20 years of experience in hotel reservations. Prior to joining the firm, she was the Reservations/Revenue Manager at the 4 Diamond rated Fairmont Royal Pavilion Hotel.
	Karyn Rezende Agent karyn.rezende@terracaribbean.com Karyn joined the firm’s sales agents team on 1st Dec 2009 after a very successful 13-months as Terra’s dedicated rental agent. Having been with Terra Caribbean since 2005, Karyn is based at the Sunset Crest, St. James office. Originally part of the villa rentals team, Karyn has also worked with the marketing department as the Marketing Coordinator responsible for the company website and advertising materials. With an educational and professional background in the hospitality industry, she has eagerly taken on the role of sales agent with great enthusiasm and drive.
	Liam Manning Project Coordinator liam.manning@terracaribbean.com Liam joined the Terra Caribbean team as Project Coordinator in June 2010. He is a licensed land surveyor. He has experience in real estate industry having previously worked for a firm in the capacity of sales, valuations and feasibility studies. Liam holds a graduate degree in Property Investment and Management from Nottingham Trent University in the United Kingdom and as well as a bachelor’s degree from the University of the West Indies (St. Augustine) in Surveying and Land Information.
	Liz Inniss Agent liz.inniss@terracaribbean.com Liz Inniss is a real estate agent with Terra Caribbean, the leading real estate firm in the Caribbean offering sales, rentals, holiday rentals, valuations, property management and consultancy services. Based at the firm’s West coast office, Liz has been with Terra Caribbean’s Barbados office since its inception in 1998. Previously she worked as a licensed real estate agent in Florida for 14 years. She specializes in residential sales, long-term rentals, but also has considerable experience in commercial sales and leasing.
	Michelle Mackie Project Coordinator michelle.mackie@terracaribbean.com Michelle is a project coordinator with Terra Caribbean, with responsibilities for residential and commercial developments on the south coast. Michelle joined the firm in 2003 after more than 12 years in the hospitality industry. She works very closely with developers from inception to completion of projects; and is the first contact for prospective purchasers liaising closely with both the vendors’ and purchasers’ attorneys through the sale process.
	Patrice Alleyne Sales Assistant patrice.alleyne@terracaribbean.com Patrice Alleyne is the sales assistant at Terra Caribbean’s west coast office having joined the firm in 2009. Patrice has over 10 years of administrative experience in the legal field. Her pleasant personality has proven essential in dealing with clients. Currently Patrice is completing her first degree in Management Studies at the University of the West Indies, Cave Hill Campus.
	Rachel Edwards Agent - Rentals rachel.edwards@terracaribbean.com Rachel joined the firm in December 2009 and became our dedicated real estate agent for long-term rentals. Having spent a couple of years at Quintessentially, a global lifestyle management service where she has worked with several high end clients overseas and locally; Rachel is now responsible for spearheading Terra Caribbean’s corporate rentals initiative.

Richard's previous career was with CIBC Bank for 40 years reaching the position of Retail Manager for the Caribbean. Richard has a depth of contacts, relationships, and detailed financial knowledge of the real estate finance market. Richard focuses on the Commercial market although he has been very successful within the residential investment community.
	Richard Edwards Agent raje@caribsurf.com Based in the firm’s Holetown office on the west coast, Richard brings extensive commercial management experience to Terra Caribbean. He founded one of Barbados’ longest operating supermarkets, Big B Supermarket, in 1973 and served as managing director for 30 years.
	Susan Armfield Agent susan.armfield@terracaribbean.com Prior to joining Terra Caribbean, Susan was the Director of her own real estate brokerage, Dolphin Properties Ltd. and now offers the benefit of over 20 years in residential and commercial real estate. Susan brings with her considerable market knowledge and an instinctive commitment to each client which has become her trademark. She is past President of the Barbados Estate Agents & Valuers Association.
	Toni Jones Agent toni.jones@terracaribbean.com Toni joined Terra Caribbean in 2001 when she returned to the island from the USA. Toni managed the operations of 2 retail franchises in Orlando Florida where she gained management experience. She has 10 years prior experience managing her own real estate business in Barbados. Toni is a member of the Barbados Estate Agents and Valuers Association.
	Yvette Niles Ward Sales Assistant yvette.niles-ward@terracaribbean.com Yvette has a critical role in the support of all of the firm’s sales and rentals efforts marshalling considerable real estate transaction knowledge for both residential and commercial properties. She joined firm in 2002 as the administrative assistant for the property management department and has worked closely with our owners and landlords during that time. Her extensive administration experience and training is consistently demonstrated in her facilitation of clients and suppliers. Yvette was recognized as Terra Caribbean’s employee of the year in 2006.
