Desray Jones
Accountant
Desray joined the firm in 2006 as our accountant. She is based in the firm’s Worthing, Christ Church office on the south coast. She has over 15 years of accounting experience and is currently in the final stages of her certified general accountant designation. Desray also manages the Administrative functions of the office overseeing a team that is responsible for the daily operation of the office. She works with the Franchise operations in the other markets were Terra Caribbean is present, to ensure smooth administrative function.

Jillian Belgrave
Accounts Clerk
Jillian is an accounts clerk having joined the firm in 2008. She is committed to pursuing a career in accounts and is based at Terra Caribbean’s main office in Worthing, Christ Church. Jillian brings to the company a background in hospitality studies.

Julia Belgrave
Accounts Clerk
With over five years experience in the accounting field, Julia capably undertakes varied tasks in our accounts department, having been a part of that team since 2006.Her conscientious attitude, focused work ethic, along with her “can do” approach makes her an invaluable member of the Terra Caribbean team.

Kathy-Ann Thompson
Receptionist
Kathy-Ann is Terra Caribbean’s receptionist at our South Coast Somerley office. A member of the team since April 2010, she has over eight years administrative experience in the real estate industry. A dedicated professional, Kathy-Ann is in the process of completing a diploma in Administrative Management at the Barbados Institute for Management and Productivity (BIMAP).

Kim Howard
Marketing Executive
Kim joined Terra Caribbean in 2008 and is based in the firm’s main office at Worthing, Christ Church. She brings to the firm a range of experience in marketing and public relations having worked in the legal and academic fields. She is an avid writer and brings those skills to her role within the marketing department.
