Caroline joined the firm in 2009 and she works out of the firm’s main office in Worthing, Christ Church. Caroline has over 15 years in admin and legal secretarial work.
	Jean-Paul Skeete Property Administrator jean-paul.skeete@terracaribbean.com Jean-Paul joined Terra Caribbean in 2009 bringing with him previous experience in both drafting and property management. He manages a number of properties on the South Coast, facilitating a range of maintenance and client issues.
	Kerrie Ward Property Administrator kerrie.ward@terracaribbean.com Kerrie originally began working with the firm on a temporary basis in 2006 but was soon made a full time member of the Terra Caribbean team. Based at the firm’s west coast office, the 22-year veteran of the hotel industry brings to the firm an extensive knowledge of tourism management. Her positive attitude and pleasant disposition has impressed clients from all over the world.
	Liza Farley Property Administrator liza.farley@terracaribbean.com Liza Farley is a property administrator with Terra Caribbean, responsible for and based at the CGI Towers in Warrens. She has worked in the airline industry for 10 years and also brings residential and commercial property management experience to her role at this commercial building in Barbados’ growing business hub. Liza joined the Terra team in 2006.
	Ryan Williams Property Administrator ryan.williams@terracaribbean.com Ryan joined Terra Caribbean in 2006 soon after completing a certificate in property management. He manages a number of properties on the south coast, facilitating a range of maintenance and client issues.
	Tamara Brathwaite Property Administrator tamara.brathwaite@terracaribbean.com Tamara primarily manages villas and apartments on the south coast and occasionally supports management of the firm’s west coast properties. She is a certified property manager with previous experience in event coordination and joined the firm in February 2007. She is an energetic member of the property management team.
	Wendy Regret Property Administrator wendy.regret@terracaribbean.com Wendy is a Property Administrator with Terra Caribbean, responsible for and based at Norman Centre in Bridgetown. She has a long history of experience in the field of marketing and advertising ,and brings this strength to the management of the Mall.
