Jan Brown

Jan Brown is the Leader of Facility Management at Terra Caribbean, successfully building and overseeing the facilities management team since its inception in 2002. She is responsible for ensuring that the strategic needs of each client are met, to maximize the value added to the properties under Terra Caribbean’s management. Her wide experience and quest for excellence has ensured that both she, and the staff within the department, are consistently refining their knowledge of the industry and specific skillsets. Jan has spent her career focusing on Commercial Property and Condominium Projects.  Prior to joining Terra Caribbean, she spent several years in hotel management, and also ran her own Property Management and Accounting business.

Al Lewis

Al joined the team at TERRA in 2020 after five years managing the maintenance departments of a large shopping centre and then a chain of luxury hotels on the island. Prior to this, he spent 14 years installing and managing water treatment plants around the Caribbean. He brings a wealth of knowledge on equipment operation and preventative plant maintenance generally, along with his skills of team building, project management, administration and negotiation. In his spare time, Al is manager of one of the islands top Football Clubs.

Lesley Norvel

Lesley is a Facility Manager at Terra Caribbean, focusing mainly on managing a prime retail shopping center in Barbados. She has over 20 years of management experience in both soft and hard facility provision, offering a comprehensive and detailed facilities management service. In the past, Lesley has managed complex manufacturing plants and large multi partner organizations. Over time, she has gained vast knowledge in relationship management, project management, safety and diligence, and innovative cost management. Lesley spends her free time with her family and friends, and unwinds visiting places of historic and cultural interest.

Chris Millward

Chris is a Facility Manager at Terra Caribbean and is specifically responsible for a portfolio of Condominiums and Home Owner Associations on the west coast. Chris is a self-motivated professional with strong organizational skills. He is focused on delivering strategic and cost-effective systems which help maximize the client’s investment and ensure the property is functioning at optimal efficiency for tenants and owners. His knowledge in construction and planning, as well as his varied experience within the hospitality, retail and property management sectors help to ensure the highest levels of professionalism. In his free time, you will find Chris close to the water or on a tennis court.

Ryan Williams

Ryan is a Facility Manager at Terra Caribbean. Joining Terra Caribbean over 10 years ago, Ryan specializes in the management of commercial facilities. He has amassed a wealth of experience in procedures, preventative maintenance and tenant-client relations. He is a proactive problem solver with an eye for property enhancements, and offers unprecedented levels of service, ensuring all aspects of a property are regularly checked, documented, and promptly communicated. Ryan spends his free time relaxing with friends, and enjoys the occasional bike ride.

Romario Farrell

After completing his engineering degree and gaining some invaluable experience for three years in the construction field, Romario was appointed Property Manager of a luxury hotel – part of an exclusive group on the west coast of the island. His extensive and varied experience in this role exposed him to many difference facets of both the built environment and the handling of the heavy equipment required for its smooth function. His transition into the role of a Facilities Manager has been greatly assisted by these previous positions. In addition to being a quick learner, Romario is focused and proactive, and his technical skills position him for success in this new role. In his spare time, Romario loves anything to do with the outdoors, and also to spending time with family.

Jeremy Devonish

Jeremy pursued management and finance in his studies, before coming to the realization that he was drawn to property/facility management. His first venture into this field was with the Bridgetown Synagogue where his role covered a wide range of different activities, including the management of the facility, but also the planning and coordination with the public and visitors. He then spent some time with a small real estate company dealing with both property management and brokerage. Jeremy is active and ambitious and is heavily involved as a council member for the Duke of Edinborough Award which motivates youth in a positive and competitive manner. He enjoys spending time giving back through charitable and environmental projects.

Neil McIntyre

Neil is an enthusiastic, customer-centric and focused professional who has spent the past eight years working in many and varied aspects of the hospitality industry. He has been employed by a number of different hotel and tourist related entities where he has been able to garner a wide range of different experiences which have expanded his skills and challenged him to higher pursuits. During these times he was introduced to property management requirements, which have drawn him into the Facility Management arena. Neil has a strong work ethic, and a commitment to excellence in all projects undertaken. He is resourceful, creative and goal-oriented, all excellent attributes for the field he has chosen. For recreation, Neil is into health and wellness, and loves to travel.

Orlando Blades

After spending six years as a passenger services agent with Virgin Atlantic, Orlando transitioned into the resort field to capitalize on his extensive service experience. This introduced him to the field of Property Management which caught his interest, and this has been his focus for the past three years. He was employed for a short time with a property management company and then by one of the enterprising hotels on the south coast. Orlando is conscientious and has an easy and affable manner and an eye for detail. He enjoys spending time with his family and travelling the world with them.

Bernard Connell

A dedicated management professional, Bernard spent over 15 years managing departments within 4 -and 5-star restaurants and hotels and, more recently, luxury villas, condos, and flagship properties before joining our team in February 2022. He is goal-oriented, organised, highly motivated and a detail-directed problem solver. Bernard’s other interests are horticulture, building designs, community organisations and music & sports.

She has an eye for detail, a creative mindset, and strong organizational skills. When she is off the clock, Samora enjoys cooking and spending time with her family.

Kathyann Hamblin

Kathyann brings to the team several years of experience in both the construction sector and maintenance in the hospitality sector, which included planning, coordination, and execution of projects. Trained in a variety of technical fields and health and safety, and with an eye for detail, Kathyann brings a quiet confidence in the execution of tasks, with a focus on cost effectiveness and practicality. In her spare time Kathyann can be found near the beach or out in nature.

Facility Management - Bradley Sargeant

Bradley Sargeant

Bradley joined the FM team in February 6, 2023, after spending ten years in various roles, from customer service to operations management at an international airport. During this period, he gained valuable experience, which has prepared him for his new role as Facility Manager. In addition, Bradley is a quick learner with excellent analytical, interpersonal, and communicative skills. He is a fun-loving family man and spends as much time as he can in the gym and doing any fitness-related activities.
