Roy is a career banker having spent 37 years in the industry working in several Caribbean territories and Canada. As a sales agent with Terra Caribbean, Roy’s varied experience acquired in his first career, particularly in the areas of marketing and management, are now assets in his second career.

Francine Stewart
Property Manager/Office Manager
Francine J S Stewart, newest member of the Terra Team comes with over 15 years experience in the Tourism Industry. She has a BSc in Tourism Management from Florida International University and comes directly from the Airline Industry specifically with Air Jamaica Vacations, where she was a central team member in many highly successful regional and international marketing campaigns. During her nine years with the company Francine worked with other members of the Air Jamaica team to build Air Jamaica Vacations into one of the top US tour operators to the Caribbean region. Francine is a meticulous perfectionist who has an eye for quality and a passion about good service and is excited about joining the Terra Caribbean Team.

Jacquie Dowden comes from a background of general Office Administration in the UK with over 30 years of varied experience in the workplace. She held a position of Sales Coordinator with the largest Corporate Gift Company in the UK for 10 years before moving to Grenada.

Rental agent/Accounts assistant
Janine Dowden joined the Terra team as the Rental Agent in November of 2006. She brings with her over 15 years of customer service experience in the hospitality industry and now manages a portfolio of various properties. She is interested in continuing to further herself in the Real Estate Industry to better assist her clients in maximizing there rental investments.

Livonne is the valuations assistant at Terra Caribbean. He brings with him comprehensive knowledge in information technology, research and a variety of skills from pursuing a bachelor’s degree in Management and Information Systems which allows him to achieve valuation tasks and operate the company’s database and website efficiently and effectively

Paula La Touché is the senior sale agent and has been working with terra Caribbean for a number of years. She manages an extensive portfolio of properties and the sales team. Her years of experience, knowledge of the market and sales skills facilitate clients to reach informed decisions. She is very passionate about her job and satisfying her customers.
