With 9 years experience in the real estate industry as Administration Manager with a brokerage portfolio, Arnella has been our Property Management Executive for the past 4 1/2 years, managing at any given time 16 residential properties comprising of Apartments, Townhouses and Houses. She recently attended a "Facilities Management and Maintenance Conference" hosted by the TandT Chamber of Industry and Commerce, as our Company commences a major new initiative into the management of Commercial property, where Arnella will play a major role. In keeping with our plan, Arnella has since completed one of the four IFMA Competency - Based Courses at Trainmar, that being "Operations and Maintenance". Her goal is to obtain her IFMA FMP ("Facility Management Professional") designation.
