Jean has been in the real estate industry for 26 years. Jean was a Co-Owner/Director of Real Estate Services Ltd. in Trinidad, and was a Realtor with real estate brokerages in Boca Raton, Florida, USA, where he obtained his real estate broker license from Gold Coast School of Real Estate. Jean has worked with a clientele, which included Guardian Life of the Caribbean Limited, Haliburton Trinidad Limited, RBTT, RGM Limited, Schlumberger Trinidad Inc., Tucker Energy Services Limited and most other multi-national corporations in Trinidad & Tobago.

Kameel Khan
Senior Valuer/Director
A Chartered Valuation Surveyor, Kameel’s years of experience include a number of years at the Ministry of Finance in the post of Valuer and Assistant Commissioner of Valuations. He was later appointed Manager of the Property Development and Management Division of the Industrial Development Corporation (IDC) and subsequently General Manager of Property and Industrial Development Company of Trinidad & Tobago (PIDCOTT), a subsidiary of TIDCO. Kameel joined Terra Caribbean in December 2001, with responsibility for developing the Valuations service line. Kameel is the President of the local chapter of Valuation Surveyors (PROVAL). Now, Terra’s client base includes most Caribbean multinationals and leading companies such as Exxon/Mobil, Texaco, Citibank, Barclays and The Bank of Nova Scotia as well as other banks, finance houses and insurance companies in the region.
