Arnella Gomez Property Management Executive arnella.gomez@terracaribbean.com With 9 years experience in the real estate industry as Administration Manager with a brokerage portfolio, Arnella has been our Property Management Executive for the past 2 1/2 years, managing at any given time 16 residential properties comprising of Apartments, Townhouses and Houses. She recently attended a "Facilities Management & Maintenance Conference" hosted by the T&T Chamber of Industry and Commerce, as our Company commences a major new initiative into the management of Commercial property, where Arnella will play a major role. In keeping with our plan, Arnella has since completed one of the four IFMA Competency - Based Courses at Trainmar, that being "Operations & Maintenance". Her goal is to obtain her IFMA FMP ("Facility Management Professional") designation.
	Grant Millar Manager - Facility Management Division grant.millar@terracaribbean.com Grant has been involved in Facility Management for over eight (8) years and holds the Facility Management Professional designation from the International Facility Management Association. He is also a certified Risk and Safety Manager for the past sixteen (16) years and brings experience in a wide range of businesses enabling Grant to design FM programs that would meet the requirements of each customer. Grant has represented Trinidad and Tobago in Rugby in both junior and senior level for over fifteen (15) years and continues to serve in the management of his club.
	Jeanelle Munro Facility Manager jeanelle.munro@terracaribbean.com Jeanelle has been employed with Terra Caribbean for almost a year and has over five years in the Facilities Management industry. She has worked with clients such as Bptt, BG Trinidad and Tobago, ATLNG, RGM and Guardian Properties. Jeanelle bring a wealth of knowledge in the Facilities Management field. In her spare time she likes to read, fishing and hiking.
	Marlon Birkett Property Maintenance Assistant Marlon has 13 years experience coming from DMDC Investments – a property management company. His responsibilities include coordinating property maintenance contracts and assisting in any other area for the efficient management of projects.
