Adrian Sampson

Adrian joined the Terra Caribbean Trinidad team in early 2011 as a Sales and Rental Agent. His substantial experience in property development and later, property management led him to the UWI-Roytec Principles of Real Estate Sales Course, which he completed in 2000. Prior to this, Adrian successfully concluded Level 2 of the ACCA before his career change. Presently, as Director of various condominium complexes, Adrian is intimately involved in Real Estate and its various stakeholders and utilizes this exposure as another dimension in his professional relationships. Since his arrival at Terra Caribbean, Adrian has worked in all segments of the market and brings a qualified perspective and approach to his transactions. His background in accounting and finance assists when providing sound investment advice to his clients.

Adrian is also an avid golfer and takes his hobby seriously. He has in years past, risen to Captain of St. Andrew’s Golf Club for two years and has attended international golf tournaments.
