Nedds two bed, two bath apartments are very spacious and enjoy all the comforts one can ask for. As you enter, you are greeted by a fully furnished and equipped, open plan kitchen/dining/living room. This rooms leads you to two en-suite bedrooms, each with their own private balcony. Both bedrooms are spacious and feature large, built-in wardrobes. Each en-suite bathroom has a large shower with solar water heating and a back up electric heater. Each floor of the apartment building houses a shared laundry room with washer and dryer. The rental rate of US$1,800 is for double occupancy. A third or forth occupant will be considered for a rate of US$2,000 per month. The rental rates include wifi, water, one 40lb gas cylinder for cooking and once weekly housekeeping. Electricity is paid separately. Pets will be considered on a case by case basis and a pet deposit will apply. Nedds Apartments is conveniently location in True Blue, 2-3 minutes walking distance from both an SGU bus stop and a local bus stop. The SGU True Blue campus is approx. a 5 minute drive away. All amenities such as banking, shopping, beaches, restaurants and bars are all within a 5-10 minute drive away depending on traffic.
