Anselm M.G. LaTouche, Hon.D. has made his name as a true entrepreneur and visionary businessman. From humble beginnings he has risen to prominence by leading the building and construction industry to new heights.

A firm believer in life long learning and the philosophy of continuous reengineering through innovation and creativity he continues to seek new ways to improve himself and by extension his Companies.

In his spare time he enjoys listening to music, traveling and the company of friends and family. He has contributed to and supports many organizations and affiliates within Grenada and is also very active in the community.

Qualifications

As a result, Anselm LaTouche has been recognized by several awards including:

1981 Kiwi Medal of New Zealand,
1998 award from Grenada Chamber of Industry and Commerce for contribution to the development of the private sector,
1999 The Ernst & Young Entrepreneur of the Year award for retail and services

On June 10^th 2005, in recognition of his outstanding contribution to the St. George’s University and the Country of Grenada, he was awarded an honorary degree of ‘Doctor of Human Letters’ for outstanding life achievement and services in the construction industry in Grenada and the Caribbean.

Leila Maria LaTouche

With over a decade of experience in the fields of valuations, advisory and brokerage, Leila continues to demonstrate strong leadership and business acumen. Her in-depth knowledge of real estate and her commitment to top quality service keeps her local, regional and international clients happy and loyal. Leila’s valuations experience includes retail malls and cruise terminals, hotels and beachfront properties, and various residential and commercial office buildings. As it relates to Brokerage, she has worked in every sphere of the market including the negotiation of some of the largest transactions on the island. Leila is known for getting the job done and will always go the extra mile to ensure that the clients’ best interests are served.

The company was incorporated

In 2003, Terra Caribbean was incorporated introducing the first Caribbean franchise for Real Estate in Grenada, offering a full suite of Real Estate services including: Sales, Rentals, Valuations and Property Management.

2007

New management & Addition of the Valuations service line

In 2007, Appointment of new management and growth of the team, including the creation of the first local Valuations department.

2014

Summer Direct; creation of the Holiday Rentals service line

In 2014, Summer Direct was launched; creation of the Holiday Rentals service line- The increasing importance and need for dedicated resources as it relates to holiday rentals led to the creation of Summer Direct, which caters to the full scope of holiday needs. This service line includes: 24-hour concierge service and a wide range of rental options.

2016

Substantial growth of the team

In 2016, Substantial growth of the team, with the Brokerage department encompassing the largest number of agents in a single real estate firm, well-positioned to provide top quality service to our client base.

2017

The Red Book 2017

The first edition of The Red Book was released on August 1^st, 2017. It successfully highlights the various real estate infrastructures and opportunities that the isle of spice has to offer.

The Red Book 2019

The second biennial edition of The Red Book was released on June 3^rd, 2019. This well-received and highly anticipated publication is once again a comprehensive review of the real estate market, filled with insightful articles for guiding and assisting clients in making informed decisions.
