Villa Mandaris

Villa Mandaris and its guest cottage is located on Mount du Cap, in the most exclusive residential area of the island known as Cap Estate. This mountain top estate provides the best views with 180-degree views overlooking the island all the way to the Pitons and the Caribbean Sea. Many of its architectural features are inspired by the Caribbean and its surroundings. The estate is fully fenced, closed off on two sides with high walls, a gated entrance and 24/7 security (no service charge!) for the individual looking for exceptional privacy. Villa Mandaris is entered through its own entrance way and garden that combines a lush landscape, flora and fauna for added privacy. There are 3 bedrooms (1 master bedroom with walk-in closet) in total, each with their own bathroom and island views. A large kitchen with 3 worktops and bar area allows for plenty of space and socializing whilst cooking. Adjacent to the kitchen, the dining area allows for both indoor and outdoor/alfresco dining with a combined terrace. The large living room and adjacent covered terrace that spans nearly the length of the house is perfect for after dinner drinks or to sit and read a good book whilst taking in the views. On those hot days the pool allows to cool off from the heat of the day, or take a walk in the shadow of the greenery of the garden and enjoy the taste of the plentiful fruit trees (mango, papaya, coconut, banana, guava, lime, soursop and star fruit). The back of the house provides space for a maid’s quarter, washing area and workshop. The Guest Cottage has its own separate access from Villa Mandaris and offers 3 bedrooms in total, each with their own bathrooms. The Master bedroom offers not only views of the Caribbean Sea and the island but also towards the neighboring island of Martinique towards the north. On the bottom floor the large kitchen offers views directly into the garden and overlooks the infinity pool and deck area, perfect for poolside entertaining. The dining area provides space for hosting a large number of guests and boasts great night views of the island with all its lights.
