At the bottom of the lush garden, cascading steps make their way to a fountain in the portico, guiding you into the open plan living and dining room. High rafted ceilings with glass panes attract natural light which beam onto the 6-person dining table. Large comfy sofas are idyllic for relaxing inside for entertainment on a massive flat screen TV. This room leads onto the wet bar and loungers overlooking the infinity edge swimming pool. From this part of the house, one can enjoy the dramatic ocean views. The Villa is built with quality and elegance boasting king size beds and bathrooms en suite in each room, with the master bedroom equipped with a Jacuzzi, a flat screen TV, and stately doors leading onto two patios. The north east patio of the master bedroom has a charming gazebo where one can relax and enjoy the superb ocean views and fresh breeze. Hummingbird Villa is tiled with travertine throughout and features variegated beige's on the floors depicting a textured, almost organic appearance. Its kitchen is ultra-modern housing five-star appliances and detailed finishes.  From granite countertops contrasting with the white walls, to an alcove with four chairs and a large flat screen TV, a washer and dryer combo, toaster, microwave, industrial oven, wine rack and large fridge, the kitchen is well equipped. Adding another layer of luxury is the BBQ grill, patio chairs and table just outside the kitchen, the best spot for an enjoyable the BBQ. The main house measures 3,500 SF, the cottage measures 600 SF and the car port measures 400 SF; water tank capacity if 6,000 gallons.
