Jo-Ann Traboulay was simply superb.

Jo-Ann was very sensitive to my personal circumstances as a single female. Throughout the experience, she guarded my privacy and at no time revealed to prospective buyers that I lived alone. This was done entirely at her own initiative. I really appreciated this.

During the final stage of the transaction, Jo-Ann did an excellent job of coordinating efficiently with all parties, informing me of developments/difficulties at every stage. I was grateful for this.

On the day of the signing, a difficult situation presented itself at my end and I was extremely distraught. Jo-Ann dealt with the situation with sensitivity, showed compassion and was very efficient in communicating the problem to all parties. Happily, she found a solution quickly and informed me immediately. Without her diplomacy and quick action, the experience could have been very stressful and involved an unanticipated delay. I will be eternally grateful to Jo-Ann for this.
