Marella Devaux is the Managing Director of Tropical Villas (Saint Lucia) Limited, trading as Terra Caribbean St. Lucia & Blue Sky Luxury St. Lucia- Saint Lucia’s first full-service real estate firm specializing in holiday home rentals and management, valuations, real estate sales & rentals.

Marella has over 20 years of experience in the fields of Sales, Marketing, and Public Relations. She has worked with multinational firms in Canada, Trinidad, and St. Lucia and brings her passion for service excellence and her business and networking skills to the real estate sector in St. Lucia, and is proud to lead the Terra Caribbean team.

Marella combines her market knowledge with a stong commitment to understanding her clients’ unique needs. She works closely with each client to ensure that they find the property that best suits their goals, offering guidance and expertise every step of the way.

During her free time, Marella enjoys spending time with family and friends, being on the water, cooking and watching sunsets.
