Mark Owen

Mark is the Manager of Valuations & Advisory Services at Terra Caribbean and a Chartered Quantity Surveyor (MRICS) with over 20 years of experience in quantity surveying, project and construction management, valuations, and advisory services. He holds a BSc. in Quantity Surveying (Honors) from Kingston University and a BSc. in Management Studies (Honors) from the University of the West Indies, combining technical expertise with strong leadership and managerial skills.

Mark’s extensive career spans cost management for diverse projects, including governmental, hotel, commercial, retail, and residential developments. He is well-versed in a variety of procurement arrangements and building contracts, such as JCT, AIA, FIDIC, and BIA, showcasing his ability to adapt to complex projects and deliver exceptional results.
