Meet Rosey McCartney
Rosey McCartney is an accomplished Real Estate Agent at Terra Caribbean, specializing in residential and commercial sales and rentals. With a Bachelor of Science in Psychology and certifications in Value Proposition Design and Lean Research from MIT, Rosey brings a strategic and analytical approach to meeting her clients’ unique needs.
Rosey’s journey with Terra Caribbean began in 2016 as part of the consultant team that successfully relaunched the company’s websites. She further honed her skills during an internship in the Facilities Management Department, where she helped implement the Work Speed software. In 2018, Rosey was appointed as the sole Residential Rental Agent, where she facilitated housing solutions for Adtalem and Ross University faculty, staff, and students.
Her transition to Corporate Rentals saw her expertly managing expatriate relocations to Barbados, supported by her completion of the UBC Real Estate Law and Ethics Program. Since joining the sales team in 2020, Rosey has built a reputation for delivering exceptional service by leveraging her holistic understanding of the real estate market and her unwavering commitment to client satisfaction.
With a robust foundation of professional training and a passion for helping others, Rosey is dedicated to guiding clients through every step of their real estate journey.
