Kaylyn Gangadeen

Kaylyn joined Terra Caribbean in May 2021 as a Property Supervisor, bringing over four years of real estate experience to the team. Her expertise in property management, combined with her exceptional communication skills and proactive approach, has made her an invaluable asset to the company. Kaylyn has successfully managed both commercial facilities and residential properties, showcasing her ability to navigate the complexities of diverse real estate portfolios.

In recognition of her outstanding contributions, Kaylyn was awarded the prestigious Terra Star—the company’s highest honor—in 2022. By 2023, her dedication and leadership led to her promotion as Office Manager. However, driven by her passion for real estate brokerage, Kaylyn is now exploring the brokerage department, where she aims to expand her impact and continue excelling in the industry.

Outside of work, Kaylyn is an avid adventurer who loves exploring nature and traveling, reflecting her curiosity and zest for life. Her dynamic skill set and enthusiasm for real estate make her a key member of the Terra Caribbean team.
