    Leandra Jones has a broad cross‑sector background that spans real estate, finance, and development. Before joining Terra’s team, she worked in professional services at a Big Four firm, where she honed her skills in business valuation,  restructuring, and real estate sales across the region. Her academic foundation in accounting, economics and business further strengthens her ability to analyze deals and understand market dynamics.

    Leandra has been deeply involved in property development projects, including subdivisions, turnkey homes, and condominium, giving her first‑hand experience of what makes a development successful from concept through construction to sell-out. That perspective is invaluable to buyers, sellers,  investors and developers. During her time within the Projects team at Terra Caribbean, she has won the award for highest Development sales on multiple occasions, showing her commitment and client engagement.

    Over her career, Leandra has leveraged her financial acumen and real estate experience to guide clients through a wide range of transactions. Whether working with first-time home buyers,  investors, or developers, her diverse experience helps her provide a well-rounded, strategic, and client-centered approach. Leandra’s goal is always the same: to support her clients with transparency, insight, and deep commitment to helping clients make informed decisions.
