Ryan Devaux is the Chief Executive Officer, director, and shareholder of Tropical Villas (Saint Lucia) Limited (established 1983), trading as Terra Caribbean St. Lucia & Blue Sky Luxury St. Lucia - Saint Lucia’s first full-service real estate firm specializing in holiday home rentals and management, valuations, real estate sales & rentals, and consulting including financing. Previously the CEO & shareholder of Boslil Bank Limited (“BOSLIL”) (now Proven Bank (Saint Lucia) Limited), he led the startup, strategic development, and expansion efforts of the bank from its infancy of 6 people and US $2M in assets in 2005. He was responsible for the overall oversight of business development, compliance, operations, accounting & risk management, treasury & investments, and HR functions (65+ personnel). He has a passion for entrepreneurship and building relationships based on trust, integrity, and respect, and creating opportunities for the development of Saint Lucia and its greatest resource, its people! During his free time, he enjoys spending time with his family, fishing, boating, and sports in general.
