Hayden Hutton

Hayden Hutton is the Chief Executive Officer of the Terra Group, responsible for driving the Group’s strategy and execution across the Caribbean. He works closely with a talented executive leadership team, providing strategic direction and championing the high-performance culture that defines the organisation. Hayden is the only real estate professional in the Caribbean to hold the prestigious CCIM designation and is also a member of the RICS, holding both the Chartered Valuation Surveyor and Chartered Commercial Surveyor designations.
