Years ago … when I had more time than I knew what to do with I used to post small blogs on “What kept me busy during the day” … mostly because I had a social life that was a bit too wild and I wanted to let people know that I actually did sell and rent quite a bit, also it was to make sure my bosses knew that I wasn’t at the beach all day working on my tan.
Fast forward to nearly 10 years with Terra Caribbean and what a whirlwind it’s been. I now manage a team of 13 amazing agents, 3 super-efficient sales administrators, and my trusted sidekick Justin who works alongside me and keeps me in line and my head on track. Also, I now have a 15-month-old baby girl who has more personality than me and a partner that supports my need to be successful and always on the go … and on my phone (I can multitask like a beast but if I am looking at my phone I seem to not be able to hear anything anyone is saying … I sorry!).
So, to say what keeps me busy during the day is a bit out of place now … it’s what keeps me busy from 5:30 – midnight!
We are in the process of launching a project that is near and dear to me as it’s been 2 months nonstop time and effort with our project and management team to get this packaged up and offered to the market. ]Check out more on it at www.theestatesatstgeorge.com. The great news is we haven’t even launched, and we have reserved 28 apartments.
