Al Lewis

Al is the FM Team Manager and joined the team at TERRA in 2020 after five years managing the maintenance departments of a large shopping centre and then a chain of luxury hotels on the island. Prior to this, he spent 14 years installing and managing water treatment plants around the Caribbean. He brings a wealth of knowledge on equipment operation and preventative plant maintenance generally, along with his skills of team building, project management, administration and negotiation. In his spare time, Al is manager of one of the islands top Football Clubs.
