Dominique Harris

Dominique Harris is the Senior Project Manager on the Projects & Corporate Real Estate (P&C) team at Terra Caribbean, bringing nearly fifteen years of experience in the real estate industry. She began her career with Terra in Facility Management, where she spent eight years managing A-Class multi-tenant commercial buildings. This role provided her with invaluable experience in building operations, maintenance, budgeting, financial management, and leasing.

In 2018, Dominique transitioned to the P&C team, where she has since contributed significantly to the successful launch and sell-out of a wide range of development projects, including land subdivisions, beachfront condominiums, and turnkey homes. Over the past six years, she has been involved in every stage of development, from conceptualization through design iterations, marketing, and sales, offering valuable expertise at each step.

In addition to new developments Dominique has played a crucial role in the disposition of a variety of real estate assets, including development land and large commercial properties. With expertise in both traditional sales and closed-bid processes, Dominique has successfully navigated diverse transaction methods, ensuring the optimal sale for vendors.
