Kristina Evelyn

Kristina Evelyn is the Projects & Corporate Real Estate team leader at Terra Caribbean, bringing 28 years of diverse experience across engineering, insurance, marketing, event management, and real estate. A qualified civil engineer with a research-based MBA, Kristina leverages her unique blend of technical expertise and strategic insight to guide her team in delivering high-impact consultancy and sales support to residential and commercial real estate projects. She works closely with developers and corporate clients, from initial concept through to successful completion of various projects.
Kristina’s journey with Terra Caribbean began in 2000, where she played a key role in developing the company’s Advisory service line and collaborating on strategic planning across other service lines. Her Advisory work included securing valuations for major local conglomerates, a leading property fund and many high value residential properties, as well as serving on the valuation panels of all local lending institutions.

Since returning to Terra in 2021, Kristina has focused on building a resourceful and results-driven Projects team, known for delivering exceptional client service throughout the stages of each project's lifecycle. Her engineering background, data-driven approach, and keen market insights have consistently delivered successful outcomes for the sale of land subdivisions, turnkey homes, and condominiums.
