Leandra Jones is a Project Manager on the Projects & Corporate Real Estate (P&C) team at Terra Caribbean, where she has been an integral part of the team since 2021. With a strong background in Accounting, Economics, and Business Valuation, Leandra brings useful expertise from her previous experience at a Big Four professional services firm.

Her career has spanned various sectors, including banking, financial services, and real estate sales across the region. In previous roles Leandra built extensive experience in restructuring services, formal receiverships, cross-border liquidations, and bankruptcy appointments.

In her current role at Terra, she has played a key role in driving sales for several large development projects, including residential condominiums, land subdivisions, and turnkey homes. Her involvement spans from project launch through construction and sell-out, giving her a deep understanding of the critical factors that contribute to a successful project—an invaluable asset for Developers.
