Martina Layne

Martina serves as the Senior Administrator for the Projects & Corporate Real Estate (P&C) team at Terra Caribbean. She began her real estate career over four years ago as an Administrator within Terra’s Brokerage service line. In 2023, she transitioned to the P&C team, where she now oversees the day-to-day administration of a diverse range of active projects within the team’s portfolio.

Before joining Terra, Martina gained valuable experience working with a prominent non-governmental organization, where she developed strong skills in administration, data management, and knowledge coordination.

Martina’s meticulous approach, attention to detail, and exceptional client interaction are key to her success in her current role. She plays a pivotal role in the sales administration of multiple development projects, closely monitoring sales activities, reporting to developers, and liaising with buyers to ensure smooth project execution.
