Shira Alleyne

Shira Alleyne joined the Group in October 2022, bringing over 20 years of experience in the hospitality industry. Her career journey has been marked by a variety of roles, from hostess to Hotel Operations Manager. Over the years, Shira has honed her skills in hospitality management, developing a keen understanding of customer service, operations, and leadership. In 2024, Shira transitioned into her current role as Facility Manager, leveraging her extensive industry knowledge and expertise. Shira is passionate about personal development- dedicating her spare time to studying Mandarin. She is a national archery judge and an active member of the Barbados Rifle and Pistol Federation, where she pursues her love for shooting sports.
