Dominique Harris

Dominique Harris is the Manager, Projects & Corporate Real Estate at Terra Caribbean, bringing nearly fifteen years of experience in the Barbadian real estate industry. She leads a specialized team responsible for the project planning, marketing, sales, and strategic delivery of residential, commercial, and mixed-use development projects across Barbados.

Dominique began her career with Terra Caribbean in Facility Management, where she spent eight years managing Class A commercial properties and gained extensive experience in operations, budgeting, leasing, and asset management. In 2018, she transitioned to the Projects & Corporate Real Estate team, where she has since played a key role in the successful launch and sale of a diverse range of developments, including beachfront condominiums, master-planned communities, turnkey homes, and land subdivisions.

With extensive experience spanning project conception, product positioning, pricing strategy, marketing, sales, and purchaser relations, Dominique works closely with developers, consultants, and project stakeholders to bring developments successfully to market. She has built a strong reputation for aligning market demand with development objectives and delivering exceptional results for clients.

In addition to new developments, Dominique has experience in the disposition of development land and commercial assets, managing both traditional sales and competitive bid processes. Her broad industry knowledge and practical experience enable her to support developers and property owners through a wide range of real estate transactions and development projects.
