Sasha Bryan

Sasha Bryan is a Projects Agent on the Projects & Corporate Real Estate (P&C) team at Terra Caribbean, where she plays an integral role in the coordination and sales of residential and commercial development projects across Barbados. With close to a decade of experience in customer-focused roles spanning Travel & Tourism, Finance, Hospitality, and Retail, Sasha brings a wealth of professional versatility and a client-first approach to her work.

Her career with Terra Caribbean began in 2023, when she joined the Brokerage team as a Personal Sales Assistant. During her two and a half years in that role, Sasha gained invaluable insight into the real estate industry while supporting two of the firm’s leading agents, sharpening her skills in client relations, sales, and project execution.

Guided by her personal philosophy of patience, empathy, and integrity, Sasha approaches each client journey with care and dedication.
